Custom lighting packages are available and are the most common type of rental agreement I make. Every lighting rental contract starts off with a $149 site fee, then you add the services you are interested in. It's simple!

Audio visual packages are available and are among the most common type of rental agreements I make. AV contracts can include delivery, set up, and removal for an added fee of $149.
The prices for the AV gear below are for a rental period of no more than 24 hours. You pick up the gear and drop it back off in Pittsfield.
You'll enjoy the very best AV services by opting to keep me onsite during your event at a rate of $85/hour.
($99 - just the projector, without a screen). This can be used to add video to your event. Display your own photo slideshow or a video montage from your laptop or mine. Often your venue can provide use of a free-standing portable video screen, or you may opt for one of mine. My HD projectors are 2,000 and 4,500 ansi lumens making them appropriate for most applications. Don't worry, my inventory includes backup projectors as well.
100" Free-standing Video Projection Screen
($49 - just the screen, without a projector). This screen boasts a large viewing area with a maximum diagonal measurement of over 8 feet. Perfect for smaller venues, this is the answer for guest lists of up to 70. 2 are available for venues where the guests are seated on both sides of a dance floor (like the Berkshire Hills Country Club or I.T.A.M. Lodge).
130" Free-standing Video Projection Screen
($99 - just the screen, without a projector). Capable of front video projection, this screen is 6 feet tall and 9 feet wide and boasts a massive viewing area with a nearly eleven foot diagonal. What good is a presentation if the screen is too small for everyone to see it, right? If space in the venue allows for it, this is the answer for incorporating any kind of visual content for up to 100 guests.
180" Free-standing Video Projection Screen
($169 - just the screen, without a projector). This front projection screen boasts a massive viewing area with a 15 foot diagonal. What good is a presentation if the screen is too small for everyone to see it, right? If space in the venue allows for it, this is the answer for incorporating any kind of visual content for crowds of over 200. This screen is 9 feet tall and 12 feet wide--perfect for indoor or outdoor movie nights!
Portable Wireless Speaker
($49 a day) This speaker is perfect for use during a rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, or even a small dance party the night before your wedding, or for an after party. It has lots of convenient input options including bluetooth, and you can plug a microphone or guitar in too. It is completely battery powered perfect for small and medium sized venues (up to 40 people). This is a simple solution to add audio to a projector/screen rental in a small preseantation space.
