Multimedia Projector

($99 - just the projector, without a screen). This can be used to add video to your event. Display your own photo slideshow or a video montage from a laptop or DVD. Often your venue can provide use of a free-standing portable video screen, or you may opt for one below. With different projectors to choose from ranging from 2000 to 4500 ansi lumens, short-throw or long-throw, I'll select the perfect one for your application. Don't worry, just like all of my other gear used on site, I'll have a backup.

100" Free-standing Video Projection Screen

($49 - just the screen, without a projector). Capable of front video projection only, this screen boasts a large viewing area with a diagonal measurement of over 8 feet. Perfect for small to medium sized venues, this is the answer for incorporating any kind of visual content for guest lists of up to 100. 2 are available for venues where the guests are seated on both sides of a dance floor (like the Berkshire Hills Country Club, William's Inn, Proprietor's Lodge, and Country Club of Pittsfield).

130" Free-standing Video Projection Screen

($99 - just the screen, without a projector). Capable of front video projection, this screen is 6 feet tall and 9 feet wide and boasts a massive viewing area with a nearly eleven foot diagonal. What good is a presentation if the screen is too small for everyone to see it, right? If space in the venue allows for it, this is the answer for incorporating any kind of visual content for guest lists of over 100.

180" Free-standing Video Projection Screen

($199 - just the screen, without a projector). This front projection screen boasts a massive viewing area with a 15 foot diagonal! What good is a presentation if the screen is too small for everyone to see it, right? If space in the venue allows for it, this is the answer for incorporating any kind of visual content for crowds of over 200. This is the answer for movie nights and large scale corporate presentations.

Portable Wireless Speaker

($59 a day) This speaker is perfect for use during a rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, or even a small dance party the night before your wedding, or for an after party. It has lots of convenient input options including bluetooth, and you can plug a microphone or guitar in too. It is completely battery powered and is a wonderful solution for small venues (up to 30 people).
